Welded steel pipe referred to as welded pipe, commonly used steel or steel belt through the unit and mold crimped after welding made of steel pipe. Welded steel pipe production process is simple, high production efficiency, variety of specifications, less equipment, but the general strength is lower than seamless steel pipe. Since the 1930 s, with the rapid development of high quality strip steel rolling production and the progress of welding and inspection technology, constantly improve the weld quality, increasing varieties of welded steel pipe specifications, and especially in the heat transfer in more and more fields who spare pipe, decorative, low pressure fluid in the tube instead of seamless steel tube.
Stainless steel welded pipe characteristics
First, the small-caliber stainless steel welded pipe is continuous online production, the thicker the wall thickness, the greater the investment in unit and melting equipment, the more it is not economical and practical. The thinner the wall thickness is, the input-output ratio will decrease correspondingly. Secondly, the process of the product determines its advantages and disadvantages. Generally, the welding steel pipe has high precision, uniform wall thickness, high brightness inside the pipe surface (the surface grade of the steel plate determines the surface brightness of the steel pipe), and can be arbitrarily fixed. Therefore, it embodies its economy and aesthetics in high precision, medium and low pressure fluid applications.
