A brief introduction of common cold rolled plate
It is a product of hot rolled sheet processed by cold pressure. The surface quality is better than that of hot rolled sheet due to the multi-pass cold rolling, and good mechanical properties can be obtained after heat treatment.
1. Classification of the use of ordinary cold rolled plate
According to the different needs of production enterprises, cold rolled plate is usually divided into:
Generally cold rolled sheet, stamping grade cold rolled sheet, deep drawing, extra-deep drawing and ultra-deep drawing grade cold rolled sheet,
Generally delivered in coils and plates, the thickness is expressed in millimeters,
Generally, the width is 1000mm and 1250mm, and the length is 2000mm and 2500mm.
2. Grade of common cold rolled plate
Commonly used brands are:
Q195, Q215, Q235, 08AL, SPCC, SPCD, SPCE, SPCEN, ST12, ST13, ST14, ST15, ST16, DC01, DC03, DC04, DC05, DC06, etc.
ST12:
Represents the most common steel number, which is basically the same as Q195, SPCC and DC01.
ST13/14:
The steel number of stamping grade is basically the same as that of 08AL, SPCD and DC03/04.
ST15/16:
The steel number of stamping grade is basically the same as that of 08AL, SPCE, SPCEN and DC05/06.
3, ordinary cold rolled plate brand size expression method
JIS standard material meaning
SPCC-- S stands for Steel, P stands for Plate, C stands for Cold, C stands for Commercial, which is the Japanese JIS standard.
To ensure the tensile strength, add T at the end of the brand, SPCCT.
SPCD-- stands for cold rolled carbon steel sheet and strip for stamping, equivalent to China 08AL (13237) high quality carbon structural steel.
SPCE-- stands for cold rolled carbon steel sheet and strip for deep drawing, equivalent to 08AL (5213) deep drawing steel in China.
To ensure non-timeliness, add N to the end of the label for SPCEN.
Cold-rolled carbon steel sheet and strip quenching and tempering code: Annealing state is A, standard quenching and tempering is S, 1/8 hardness is 8, 1/4 hardness is 4, 1/2 hardness is 2, full hardness is 1. Surface processing code: dull finishing for D, bright finishing for B.
For example, SPCC-SD stands for standard quenched and matte fine rolling cold rolled carbon sheet.
For example, SPCCT-SB stands for standard quenching and tempering, bright processing, and cold rolled carbon sheet required to ensure mechanical properties.
Spcc-1d stands for hard matte cold rolled carbon steel sheet.
The expression method of mechanical structure with steel brand is: S+ carbon content + letter code (C, CK), the carbon content with the median value *100, letter C represents carbon, letter K represents carburizing steel. For example, the carbon content of carbon coiling plate S20C is 0.18-0.23%.
