The advantages and disadvantages of aluminum alloy tube are mainly introduced below
Advantages:
1, inner surface smooth, self oxidation layer corrosion resistance. Compressed air pressure loss is small, energy saving.
2, the pipeline is beautiful and simple.
3, easy to install, fast plug. Installation costs are low.
4, easy to disassemble, move, modify.
Disadvantages:
1. The price of pipes and joints is higher than that of galvanized pipes.
2, can not be used as a water pipe, because the aluminum pipe is not as rigid as galvanized pipe, but the flexibility is very good.
Compared with aluminum alloy pipe and aluminum alloy profile, its processing difficulty is smaller, because no matter it is square pipe or round pipe, there is only a cavity basically, and the mold is relatively simple.
There are many brands, because the production difficulty of aluminum tube is small, some soft hard aluminum alloy can be made into aluminum tube, so from 1××× pure aluminum to 7××× super hard aluminum can see the figure of aluminum tube. 3 series, 5 series, 6 series are soft aluminum alloy pipe, 2 series, 4 series, 7 series are hard aluminum alloy pipe.
