Aluminum-zinc steel plate alloy coating consists about 55% aluminum, about 43.5% zinc and about 1.5% silicon,
Compared with traditional galvanized products, it has excellent corrotion resistance, heat resist-ance and thermal
reflecivity, etc. Aluminum-zinc plate surface spangle are small and uniform, bright colors, high surface hardness,
can be coated with a variety of color fingerprint, widely used in home appliance,construction structure, electrical
and other industries.
How we make pre-painted coil
1. We start with the base steel that is lightweight yet strong.
2. Next comes a protective zinc alloy coating applied to both sides by a continuous hot-dip method
3. A conversion coating is chiemically applied to the zinc steel to enhance corrosion resistance and ehcure bonding surface.
4. Next, a corrosion inhibitive high technology primer is applied and oven-baked.
5. Finally, a specially formulated high performance exterior paint finish is applied and oven-baked to the top or working side, giving a natural low-gloss finish.
6. The underside is finished in shadow grey, a light attractive backing coat that reflects and enhance the appearance of the visible underside of structure.
