Aluminized zinc coil is an important alloy material often used in daily life. Aluminium-zinc steel coil is a kind of alloy composed of aluminium-zinc alloy structure, which is composed of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc and 2% silicon solidified at 600℃. The whole structure is composed of aluminium-iron-silica-zinc, forming a dense four-element junction crystal.
Aluminium-zinc steel coil has many excellent characteristics: strong corrosion resistance, is 3 times of pure galvanized coil; The surface is decorated with beautiful zinc flowers, which can be used as a building exterior panel.
Corrosion resistance:
The corrosion resistance of "aluminized zinc coil" is mainly due to aluminum, aluminum's protective function. As the zinc wears away, the aluminum forms a dense layer of aluminum oxide that prevents corrosion resistance from further corroding the interior.
Heat resistance:
Aluminium-zinc alloy steel coil has good heat resistance, can withstand high temperatures of more than 300 degrees Celsius, similar to the high temperature oxidation resistance of aluminium-plated steel plate, often used in chimney tubes, ovens, lamps and lampshades.
Thermal reflectivity:
Aluminium-zinc steel coils have a high thermal reflectivity, twice that of galvanized steel, and are often used as insulation materials.
Economical:
Because the density of 55% Al-Zn is lower than that of Zn, the area of aluminium-zinc coated steel coil is more than 3% larger than that of coated steel coil under the condition of the same weight and the same thickness of gold-plating layer.
