In practical production and application, welded pipe is usually divided into two kinds according to welding mode: straight seam welded pipe and spiral welded pipe.
Straight welded pipe: usually for the nominal diameter of DN15 (4 branch) -DN150 (6 inch pipe) small and medium caliber specifications of welded pipe. The straight seam welding process is simpler than the spiral welding process, with lower welding cost and higher efficiency
