Galvanized sheet
Galvanized sheet is a steel plate with a layer of zinc on its surface. Galvanizing is an economical and effective anticorrosion method that is often used. About half of the world's zinc production is used in this process.

Galvanized steel plate is to prevent the surface of the steel plate from being corroded to prolong its service life, coated with a layer of metal zinc on the surface of the steel plate, this coated steel plate is called galvanized plate.
Hot dip galvanized steel sheet. A sheet of steel is dipped into a molten zinc bath so that it adheres to a sheet of zinc on its surface. At present, the continuous galvanizing process is mainly used for production, that is, the steel plate into a roll of continuous immersion in the melting of zinc plating tank made of galvanized steel plate
According to the production and processing methods can be divided into the following categories:
A) Hot dip galvanized steel plate. A sheet of steel is dipped into a molten zinc bath so that it adheres to a sheet of zinc on its surface. At present, the continuous galvanizing process is mainly used for production, that is, the steel plate into a roll of continuous immersion in the melting of zinc plating tank made of galvanized steel plate;
B) alloyed galvanized steel sheet. This steel plate is also made by hot dip, but immediately after the trough, it is heated to about 500℃, so that it generates an alloy film of zinc and iron. This galvanized sheet has good coating adhesion and weldability.
C) Electric galvanized steel plate. The production of galvanized steel plate by electroplating has good machinability. But the coating is thin, corrosion resistance is not as good as hot dip galvanized sheet;
D) Single side plated and double side difference galvanized steel plate. Single-sided galvanized steel, that is, galvanized only on one side of the product. In welding, coating, rust treatment, processing and other aspects, it has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheet. In order to overcome the shortcomings of single side not coated with zinc, and a galvanized sheet coated with a thin layer of zinc on the other side, that is, double-sided difference galvanized sheet;
E) Alloy, composite galvanized steel plate. It is made of zinc and other metals such as lead, zinc alloy or composite plated steel plate. This kind of steel plate has excellent anti-rust performance and good coating performance.
In addition to the above five, there are color galvanized steel, printing coated galvanized steel, PVC laminated galvanized steel and so on. But the most commonly used is still hot dip galvanized sheet.
Galvanized steel plate can be divided into general use, roof use, building outer plate use, structure use, wall board use, tensile and deep punching galvanized steel plate.
