The surface of aluminized zinc plate is unique smooth, flat and gorgeous star flower, and the base color is silver white. Special coating structure makes it have excellent corrosion resistance. The normal service life of the aluminized zinc plate can reach 25A, and the heat resistance is very good. It can be used in the high temperature environment of 315℃. Coating and paint film adhesion is good, has good processing performance, can be stamping, cutting, welding, etc.; Surface conductivity is good. Advantages:
1, corrosion resistance: aluminized zinc plate has strong corrosion resistance, normal service life of up to 25 years, 3-6 times longer than galvanized plate, and stainless steel appropriate. The corrosion resistance of aluminized zinc plate comes from the maintenance function of the obstruction layer of aluminum, and the dedicated maintenance function of zinc. Aluminum forms an insoluble oxide layer to perform barrier maintenance when zinc is used for cutting, scratching and coating abrasion. Aluminum zinc alloy steel coil has been exposed to various atmospheric conditions for more than 20 years. It has been proved that 55% aluminum zinc plate is better than galvanized steel plate and 5% aluminum zinc plate in cutting edge maintenance.
2, heat resistance: aluminized zinc plate has a high thermal reflectivity, suitable for roof data, aluminized zinc alloy steel plate itself is also excellent heat resistance, can be used for up to 315 degrees of high temperature environment.
3, recoating :(film adhesion) aluminized zinc plate can maintain excellent adhesion with the film, without special pretreatment, you can directly spray paint or powder.
4. Corrosion resistance after coating: The aluminized zinc plate itself after local coating and baking, some corrosion resistance is little reduced without spraying. The function is much better than electroplated color zinc and galvanized plate and hot galvanized plate.
5, machinability :(shear, stamping, spot welding, seam welding) aluminized zinc steel plate has excellent processing function, can stamping, cutting, welding, etc., the coating has good adhesion and impact resistance.
